National Software Sales Manager
CoreMan Technology is a Chicago area based software startup poised to provide hosted CRM, Estimating, Project Management, and Contractor Management software.​ We are looking for a motivated National Software Sales Manager to introduce it to an eager and under-served market.​ The right candidate will have unlimited opportunity for career progression as we build our team! Responsibilities:
  • Work with marketing staff to build and present marketing materials and strategy
  • Work with the Executive staff to develop sales strategies
  • Analyze business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.​
  • Sell services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; matching services with customer needs by demonstrating knowledge of customers, pricing and competition
  • Work with operations team to build and present customized demos to prospects
  • Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position
Required Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • 3+ years software sales experience.
  • Proven ability to close deals
  • Consistent track record achieving and exceeding sales goals contract negotiation experience a must.
  • Must be proficient and effective cold-calling.
  • Must have strong presentation skills and the ability to give presentations.
  • Solution Selling Methodology required.
  • Effective time management & multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to analyze and relate customer issues/requirements to CoreMan Technology Solutions.
  • Ability to work both independently and cohesively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required.
Additional Experience Desired:
  • Familiarity with contract sales
  • Demonstrated sales record with a software or web application company
  • Experience building sales Strategies
  • Experience managing other sales reps
